Exchange Policy

Exchange is offered within 14 days of the placement of the order.

You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items may be exchanged for a different size or another product, subject to availability.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In its original condition and packaging

• Accompanied by all original tags

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If you choose a higher-priced product, you will be required to pay the price difference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is defective, damaged, incorrectly stitched, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and arrange an exchange.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

All purchases are final. We do not provide cash, bank, card, or payment-method refunds under any circumstances. Eligible items may only be exchanged for another size or product.
